It <br />aopears that constructing a private driveway in a <br />public alley right of way has to be evaluated. <br />Bruce Malkerson; A standard lease and hold harmless <br />agreement might be appropriate in this situation. <br />Burr moved, Massengale seconded, to table the conditional <br />use permit request of David Butler, 4685 North Shore <br />Drive, until the March 24, 1980 Council meeting for <br />staff review.
