Lot 1, Block 3 appears to be shy <br />the required 200' lot width at the building line. <br />The wetland outlets designated in previous plat <br />must be redesignated. Old Outlets A & B should now <br />be Outlets D & E. <br />For your information, I have included a zoning update memo reviewed at <br />Council's meeting of September 15, 1980.
