This approval in­ <br />cludes the construction of flower beds, benches, shrubbery, hedges, <br />hot tub, and barbecue pit, located as depicted on the general plan <br />attached. <br />Should any variance or legal approval be necessary by the Nelson’s, <br />our signature below gives oiu: oonplete approval. <br />It is our belief that this construction will beautify our neig^ibor- <br />hood.
