This places him within 2»' <br />feet of your bedroom window. Naturally this will <br />affect your privacy and also general noise levels. <br />2. The proposed house will also partially cut off some <br />of your lake views and this has the potential of <br />affecting you on a resale basis. <br />3. Since your home currently has an approximate market <br />value of $200,000 , the proximity, size, and place* <br />raent on the lot of this proposed building is of the <br />utmost Importance.
