Becker: <br />At your request, I have completed an analysis and investigation <br />*^?®l^estate for the purpose of appraising <br />the market value of the land and the improvements thereon. <br />Based upon my research and investigation, my experience as a <br />estate appraiser, it is my opinion that the <br />captioned property has a market value as of April 20.1978, as follows: <br />BEFORE CONSTRUCTION ON RODDY PROPERTY . . . . . . . $220,000.00 <br />After construction on roddy property . . . . . . . $203,500.00 <br />I have personally inspected this property and have assembled <br />and considered pertinent data, much of which is used as a test <br />against my judgement.
