June 24, i960 <br />Jeenne Kabusth <br />Zonln£ Conan* Adn* <br />Orono City Hall <br />Crystal Bay, Hi.55331 <br />The Qrcno Building inspeeter, Mike Scheller, stopped at our home <br />abotth May 1, 1971* He informed us of a boat house going up on the <br />Cloutier property at about 2480 Casco. pt.Rd* He stated that it mss <br />to be of cement block construction and to be widerground and capped <br />off with a deck. He asked if we wouldhare any objection to a structure <br />such as this* <br />Both Maurine and I questioned him about the former attempt at <br />this construction, not having blocks up to code and the failure to <br />obtain a permit. Mr. Scheller stated that the new construction would <br />be brought to code and that a permit could be Issued if there was <br />not any neighborhood objection* We agreed to allow the constructlan <br />as stated above and within the limits and validity of the permit <br />whitdi was to be issued for five hundred dollars* <br />When the oement blocks were capped off at ground level and tho <br />deck (and/or roof)boards were nailed down, sy understanding was that <br />it was complete as per agreement with Mr. Scheller and within the <br />full limits of the permit. <br />Wayzata, Hi. 55391 <br />i
