Vote: Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />Mr. Bredeson was present. Planning Commission ad­ <br />vised Mr. Bredeson that the plans for the house <br />were too ambitious for this size lot. They noted <br />this at their first meeting. They cautioned the <br />applicant as to limiting the hardcover. <br />ROBERT G.
