Vote <br />Ayes (6) Nays (0). <br />Nelson was present, no one else present <br />to address application. <br />Mabusth noted that ordinance requires <br />the Planning Commission to review and <br />make recommendations to council on all <br />Commercial Building Plans. <br />She reviewed Building Inspector's <br />review of the preliminary building <br />plans, there were no major problems. <br />The Planning Commission asked staff to <br />review final site plan for the Office <br />Building Project approved in January. <br />Planning Commission raised questions <br />concerning code requirements for <br />various features proposed for the <br />building. Staff advised the entire <br />project will meet code standards. <br />Frahm still voiced concern that the <br />existing sewer and drainage problems <br />have not been properly addressed. <br />Adams moved to approve the preliminary <br />building plans for Nelson-Creer Office <br />Complex subject to the report of the <br />bullding official. <br />Motions seconded by Rovegno. Vote <br />Ayes (5), Nays (1) <br />Frahm noted that drainage and sewer <br />facilities are still inadequate in <br />the area and his position on this <br />application is consistent with his <br />previous position. <br />Frahm moved to approve the minutes as <br />amended.
