Before final action can be taken the following <br />points must be clarified at the meeting. <br />1.Parking Determination <br />a. Are the 8 to 10 stalls to the west of orooosed restaurant <br />and additional spaces provided in municipal oarking <br />lot to rear of building adequate for this operation? <br />b. What if the applicant expands to a complete restaurant? <br />If not, should applicant be advised of limitations <br />on expansion? <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Number of employees <br />Hours of operation <br />Building Inspector's review <br />Applicant has reviewed a copy of this report and agrees <br />to make all necessary changes in plan.
