In five years, he proposes to sell the maturing stock on <br />the site. Kroger does not propose construction of a sales building. I <br />have enclosed a plat plan of Willow Run, note the approved access* locations. <br />The eastern access must be moved further west as designated On plat. Lot 2 <br />has a sizeable, designated wetlands located on its east side. The applicant <br />must be made aware of the limitations on its use by the Flowage and Conservation <br />easement. Review the enclosed easement -- Kroger is limited to panting. <br />Kroger may not alter in any way the wetlands area. <br />mm: <br />Staff Recommendations <br />To approve the conditional use permit application of Jerome Kroger subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1.
