In addition <br />to the variances noted at the first review, the following variances may be <br />added: <br />38.610 <br />38.630 <br />34.202 <br />Area variance to P.R.D. <br />Required -'l.S acres <br />Proposed ••.25 acres <br />Open Space <br />Open space requirement cannot be satisfied <br />Lake shore Hardcover Regulations <br />Hardcover well exceedi35X ^ <br />Staff Recosnendations — \ . <br />To deny the condition use permit and variance application of John <br />Muehlberg and John Arnott based on insufficient hardship claims. The City <br />cannot accept financial hardship as a basis to approve the many variances <br />required to allow for a triplex.
