wm <br />f- <br />5) Execution of a Subdivider's Agreement providing for <br />installation of certain improvements as a condition of <br />subdivision approval. <br />6) Payment to the City of a Park Dedication Fee in the <br />amount of $2,600.00. <br />7) Payment to the City for the legal review and recording <br />of the plat and all documents related thereto in the <br />amount of $75.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the <br />City of Orono hereby approves the plat of RINGERSWOOD, Hennepin County, <br />Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: <br />1) All use of the existing access to Wayzata Boulevard <br />is to cease upon the completion of the gravel base <br />road and upon the inspection and approval of that road <br />by the City Engineer. <br />2) Prior to the installation of any improvements on the site, <br />the tested ».r>tic sites on lots 3 and 4, Block 1 must <br />be staked and protected. <br />3) The Orono Public Works Department will assume the <br />responsibility of the maintenance and repair of <br />upon a <br />satisfactory final inspection by the City Engineer <br />to assure that all standards for public roads within <br />the City have been met. <br />4) Future access to the following lots is approved as <br />follows: <br />a) Lot 1, Block 1 via <br />b) Outlot A, Block 3 via <br />Road <br />Circle <br />5) The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono <br />with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office together <br />with a certified original copy of this Resolution and <br />executed copies of documents noted above. <br />day of <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono this <br />, 1982. <br />William B.
