One accessory <br />structure (tower) does not meet the required 10* setback from <br />the newly created lot line. The riparian lots (1 and 2) <br />meet the lakeshore lot width standard but a variance would have <br />to be granted to width standard along public road - this type <br />of variance is consistently granted by Council. <br />Lots 1 and 2 would be impossible to build on if the <br />30* rear setback line was defined on the plat. Plan B is not <br />feasible. <br />Hi
