She noted that it should be replaced <br />beoause it is a non conforming structure which encroaches <br />onto the County right of way. <br />i <br />■ii <br />Relley a*ed why the two story structure? <br />Applicant stated that this was strictly for storage <br />as his house has no basement and that his property <br />was due for upgrading of the garage. <br />Relley a*ed if there were any oomnants from the <br />neighbors and exactly whet the applicant had in the garage. <br />Applicant stated that the garage was used for storage <br />and a workshop. Since he doesn't have a basement for <br />storage ao he needs ths extra space in his garage. <br />rel stated that no one can build anything on the <br />County Road right of way.
