»672 New Life Bible Church <br />w Page 3 <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />I have no problem with the 60® angle parking stall designation <br />in the paved parking lot as long as the architect includes a <br />one way parking lane traffic plan. Arrows should have been <br />designated on the plan with adequate signage located on site. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />To approve the conditional use permit application of the New <br />Life Bible Church to permit construction of 136’ x 72' church <br />building subject to the following conditions: <br />1 — All future building additions or expansion of accessory <br />improvements will require the filing of a new conditional <br />use permit. <br />2 ~ An occupancy permit will not be issued until the building <br />is connected to sewer. <br />3 - All parking areas must be paved. <br />4 Drainage information designated on site plan for staff <br />review prior to Council action. <br />5 -Traffic flow and signage to be designated on site plan <br />prior to Council action. <br />6 -Council must approve the formal request of applicant <br />to connect to City sewer - if denied applicant must <br />submit necessary septic test information and septic <br />design - if approved Council must approve an additional <br />sewer unit for the proposed use level. <br />7 -Engineer's report will be presented at the meeting - <br />this recommendation should include any additional <br />recommendations from the engineer. <br />1 <br />mat
