Krogness, 185 Brown Road South, as <br />submitted. Motion, Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION* <br />185 Brown Road South <br />#685 - Charles Krogness <br />Member Kelley moved, Goetten seconded, to approve <br />the proposed resolution regarding the final sub <br />division for Vincent Anderson, 1865 Concordia <br />Street, as submitted. Motion, Ayes (6) - Nays (0). <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION* <br />1865 Corcordia Street <br />#709 - Vincent Anderson <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed with the <br />Planning Commission the request of David Slavik, <br />1913 Fagerness Point Road, for a variance to build <br />a detached 24' X 22* garage. Mabusth stated that ' <br />it would not be feasible to relocate the detached <br />garage to the west because of the intersecting sewer <br />and water lines. If the garage were attached, it would <br />block bedroom windows of the house. Mr. Slavik was <br />not present. <br />VARIANCE <br />1913 Fagerness Point Rd <br />#716 - David Slavik <br />Member Kelley moved, Goetten seconded, to approve the <br />6' variance request of David Slavik, 1913 Fagerness <br />Point Road, subject to the removal of the existing <br />parking area on Fagerness Point Road and providing <br />all access and parking to a site off of Webb Street. <br />The entire disturbed area abutting Fagerness Point <br />Road should be seeded to cut down on the hardcover. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). Member McDonald left <br />the meeting before this item. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth reviewed with the <br />Planning Comndssion the request for a Vcuriance of <br />Gary Beito, 1169 North Arm Drive, to construct a <br />22* X 22* detached garage. Mr. Beito wishes to <br />maintain the s£une side setback line of the existing <br />house of 6.9* so as to minimize further disturbance <br />of the front yard and make use of the existing gra^ <br />drive.
