Oft June 14, 1976, the Orono City <br />Gouicil reviewed the Pluming Coimdssion reoonwndations and deterained the <br />following: <br />1. The newly installed creosoted tiidwr seawall contributes to <br />pollution of 1j >i» Minnetonka and should therefore be renoved <br />aid replaced with approved stone rip rap. <br />You are instructed to follow standard procedures for sub- <br />idtting «i application for rip rap with the City of Orono, <br />the TiR, the'Minnehaha Creek iteteirshed District, and the <br />U.S. Arny Corps of Engineers. <br />3. Staff was instructed to withhold issuance of a citation for <br />violation of the ordinance if the complete rip rap applica­ <br />tion is subnitted on or before Jiiie 29, 1976. <br />Ar P.
