Explain. <br />The facility under consideration meets all conditions: it is sewered, <br />and connected to city water; it has two on grade exits/entrances; <br />three restrooms. <br />No part of our program could be construed as materially injurious to the <br />properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />Our proposal would require a minimum number of parking spaces and most of <br />those will be provided in the church parking lot which adjoins the property <br />Fencing the property would not be required, since the entire program will <br />take place within the confines of the facility. <br />Cyapliance with Zoning; Code, proposed conditional use <br />will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the <br />Zonin3 Code.
