lAD <br />SIDE <br />ur n rLA'^jjNijMb LU^wibblOv MEETING lELD JUNE 6, 1977 - PAGE 4 <br />After a brief discussion, Hosfield moved, Hassel seconded, <br />to recommend approval subject to the following: <br />Building adjacent to the house has proper fire <br />protection. <br />(2) Hardships demonstrated in that alternate location <br />would require removal of one large tree and <br />location across driveway would interfere with hill. <br />Motion - Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Member McDonald requested that an amendment be made to <br />the motion concerning the Johnson subdivisicm. She <br />moved to recommend that "riparian rights" be striken <br />from the motion so as to make no determination that the <br />charael running through this property is navigable. <br />^fotion to read: Should the channel be designated as <br />navigable, only one lot would have lakeshore access. <br />Seconded by Pesek. Motion - Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Mr. Kallestad was present. Planning Conmission reviewed <br />final plat vhich indicated the requested access easement <br />along the north property line. <br />After a brief discussion, Guthrie moved, Pesek seconded, <br />to recommend final subdivision approval subject to a <br />^rk Dedication Ffee. Motion - Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Nfr. Gullickson, Sr., Gordon Thonpson and attorney Roy <br />Haglimd were present. The Asst. Zoning Administrator <br />reviewed the history of ownership for Lots 1, 2 and 3. <br />It appears they were in single, separate ownership <br />since 1967. <br />Mr. Gullickson, Sr. stated that Mr. Thompson owns Lot 1 <br />vhich is the subject lot. He further stated that his <br />son was trying to buy this lot and was requesting <br />approval to build a home. He has since abandoned this <br />application. <br />A lengAy discussion followed. There seemed to be some <br />confusion as to what was being proposed at this time. <br />^fr. Gullickson, Sr. stated that he wanted a decision <br />on the build^ility of his lot which is Lot 2.
