The Council is being asked to approve and give their blessing to the con tinuation of these uses and Is being asked to establish a precedent that the construc tion of private dockage, boat mooring, swimming rafts and numerous other structures , U an acceptable use of Ivy Lane and ell of the other undeveloped public streets and fire IcUies within the City of Orono.
