It would heardly seen fair that the jiubUc cwnersliip <br />of said property would subject the adjacent property owners to uses whien are in excess <br />of wlat the Citv would perrait had the property been privately owned. <br />At the pr»*sent time, the City has tagged the improvements that have been installed <br />without tlie Clty*s approval at the end of Ivy Lane, and lias reque.sted the removal of <br />the same.
