Control existing non-conforming accessory buildings. <br />1. <br />^ • <br />3. <br />If tlie lot has any existing accessory buildings which arc non- <br />conforming (by reason of size, location, or use), they should <br />be required to be made conforming (by mnving, removal, or <br />alteration) prior to issuance of a building permit for any <br />additional accessory building. <br />Temporary (portable) accessory buildings should all be required <br />to be located in conforming locations witl\in a reasonable <br />amount of time following adoption of these recommendations. <br />(We have many sudi buildings located in front yards, on property <br />lines, and even within the lakeshore conservation areas). <br />Future enforcement of the provisiwis of these recommendations <br />would include consideration of all existing accessory buildings <br />including those erected prior to adoption of these recommenda <br />tions. <br />F,.
