On the west <br />and south property lines the first 20 feet of the property, in addition to the <br />right-of-way, will be maintained a natural lanci:.cape. <br />privewaysi <br />He met with Mr. David M. Feltl, P.E., of Hennepin County Traffic Department, <br />and resolved the driveway concerns. Mr. Feltl verbally approved the location <br />OT the drivG to County Rodd 19 f\s was presented and gave verbal approval of the <br />drive to County Road 15 providing that fifty feet is maintained between the <br />west property line and the near side driveway curb. Our drawings have been <br />changed to conform to that requirement. <br />Water Main: <br />Our drawings have been changed to stipulate that the water main along the southerly <br />edge of the property be located and a 7 foot minimum earth cover be maintained. <br />Site Drainage: <br />Yo maintain drainage areas et approximately their present size, we have redesigned <br />the northeast portion of the property such that about 0.50 acres can be drained <br />to the storm sewer system in County Road #15. <br />» • <br />MIWASHINGTON AVE. so..
