Motion, Ayes (S) • Nays (0). <br />Mr. Vickeiman presented his proposal to grade a narrow <br />strip from the hi^ enbahkment for access to the lake and <br />a Conditional Use Permit and Variance for removal of 11 <br />trees within the 75* shoreline setbadc. <br />Van Nest moved, McDonald seconded to recommend approval of <br />the variance for access to the Idee, providing it does not <br />extend any further than what is absolutely necessary for a <br />reasonable grade to constrict a stairway of ties (not rail­ <br />road inqpregnated type) filled with gravel. Mr. Vickerman <br />was also instructed to replace the 11 trees removed with 11 <br />new trees with diameter of IV* to 2V' and Add the evergreens <br />as shown on the plan. Motion, /yes (5) - htays (0). <br />The Planning Conmission scheduled a Pd>lic Hearing for 7:30 <br />P.M. Jme 21, 1976. <br />Mdkxiald moved, Guthrie seconded to recomnend approval of <br />the final plat on condition an access easement is granted <br />across Lot 1 to Lot 2 and siibject to payment of the Park <br />Dedication Fee. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Hannah moved, Pesek seconded to recommend approval of the <br />fianl plat subject to payment of the Park Dedication Fee <br />and conpliance with all county r^ommendations listed in <br />the letter of April 29, 1976, which includes dedication of <br />an additional 10 feet of ri^t-of-way along County Road #6. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />The Sidwells appeared to discuss their subdivision proposal <br />prior to the Public Hearing which is scheduled for June 8, <br />1976. No action was taken. <br />Mr. Hagen requested reconsideration of his grsuiling pr^sal <br />vdiich was denied at the last Planning Gomnission Meeting at <br />abandoned tennis court. <br />Van Nest moved, Pesek seconded to reconmend approval of the <br />grading of the ridge resulting from the abandmd tennis <br />court, removal of the hazardous pump house, and rip rap along <br />the entire shoreline to prevent fur^er erosion.
