At <br />that tiae I infoxaed Mr. Sime again that he mist locate the outlet end <br />of the culvert and expose the outlet end for my inspection. Mr. Sime <br />agreed and said that he would be calling me on Monday, Nby 17th and he <br />would have the culvert exposed. At that time we would decide what size <br />catch basin should be constructed.
