This area would be rezoned from present LR-lC-1 <br />(residential) to B-5 (Limited Neighborhood Business <br />District). Hank Muihich pointed out this proposed wzcning <br />to those in attendance. The following cane foiwaw to <br />identify themselves: (knrad Schinmelpfemig, Clifrord <br />Klapotz and Bert Gallistel. They were interested in <br />knowing udiat some of the proposed uses would re. (3iair- <br />woman Dunlap then informed toem that uses such ^ <br />buildings» offices, clinics, locksmiths, hooby <br />shop, jewelry store, library, record shop, pet shop, eto. <br />would be permitted. After all the public were heard, the <br />public hearing was closed at 8:15 p.m. <br />Those people who were at this meeting did nre express aiy <br />objection to this rezoning. The Zon^ Administrator <br />informed those in attendance that this B-5 zone would have <br />to be established before proceeding with the Navarre <br />rezoning. At the present time, there are no plans for any <br />proposed building. <br />Woolley moved, Guthrie seconded, that the new B-5 zone be <br />granted and subject property be designated as B-5. Also <br />reconmsnded adopticn of zoning ovdinsneo amondniBnt# <br />Motion - Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />The Zoning Administrator informed the Commission that no <br />new material had been sibmitted. However, the nw <br />of this property, Jim DeSplinter, was present and siiimitted <br />his proposed plans. After reviewing these plans, <br />discovered that all the necessary data was not included. <br />The Zoning Administrator informed the new applicant that it <br />would be necessary to meet with him to discuss this proposal <br />in order to meet the requirements. <br />Hannah moved, Guthrie seconded, to table this application <br />until the Zoning Administrator has a diance to review. <br />Motion - Ayes (5), Nays (0). <br />The Zoning Administrator informed the Comnissire tiiat he <br />did not have all the material requested. He did have a <br />conversation with the flood plain people and Hennepin <br />County (3onservation District will outline wetlands area <br />^ for us. We are also waiting for a feasibility report as <br />far as the septic system is concerned.
