minutes of a flawing omission meeting of SEPTEMBER 20, 1976 - PAGE 4 <br />Hank ^idi presented a side elevation sketch to the <br />Planning Gonmission idiich was submitted by the Farley’s <br />late this afternoon. Indications on the sketch are that the <br />additim would be 5* hi^r than the existing house. The <br />Farley’s were present at the meeting. <br />Vm Nest moved, Hosfield seconded, to recommend approval of <br />the^riances i^uired for the proposed addition to the non- <br />residence based on the sketch provided, addition <br />is 5’ higher than present ridge line and does not extend <br />beyond present oxtvenixties of tlio hotKA. <br />CHARLES FARLEY <br />2700 CASCO POINT ROAD <br />VARIANCE - Sm LOT <br />SETBACK <br />The fanning Comnission took action on the following work session items. <br />O <br />o <br />m <br />The Nelson’s are requesting approval to replace their <br />garage vhich is badly in need of repair. ffcDonald <br />moved, Hai^ seconded, to recommend approval to replace <br />,5 u garage based on the feet that the new structure <br />would be located at the same setback points and ai'*' other <br />l^ation for this garage would require more fill. Also, <br />this new garage would be a great improvement to the property <br />^ we existing structure is badly in need of repair. <br />Motion - A>es (8), Nays (0). <br />Jie Olson’s wre present. They are .requesting approval <br />fcr m addition to an existing non-conforning situation. <br />Pesek moved. Hake seconded, to approve this variance based <br />on ^ feet that the proposed addition to the existing <br />TOsidence would meet all setback requirements mid the <br />Olson’s have sufficient lot area. Motion - Ayes (8),Nays (0). <br />Coaxil previously approved a 15’ variance (#133) so an <br />addition could be made to the existing dwelling.
