This garage would be used for <br />storing his recreational equipnetit such as boats, casperi, <br />snownobiles, etc. Van Nest moved, Hannah seconded, to <br />recomnend approval on the basis there has been no com­ <br />plaint on the proposal and all the individual parcels <br />have been combined after having paid up all delinquent <br />taxes* Motion - Ayes (8), Nays (0). <br />BAtU. Van Nest moved, Hosfield seconded, <br />to reconne^ approval in view of the fa^ that this house <br />alrea^ exists on a non-standard lot and the proposed <br />addition would not result in any encroachment of the exist­ <br />ing setbacks. Motion - Ayes (8), Nays (0). <br />The Planning Connission scheduled a Public Hearing for <br />September 7, 1976, at 7:30 p.m. <br />to. Richards was present and explained to the Connission <br />that he was planning to remodel his kitchen and add a <br />second story over that part of his house. Van Nest moved, <br />McDonald ^conded, to recommend approval of this variance <br />for lot size and width for this action inasmuch as it is <br />consistent with the nei^ibors and on the condition that no <br />additional variances will be required.
