The Com­ <br />mission reviewd the site plan and noted that a new turn around <br />would be required. Hake moved, Guthrie seconded, that the <br />Planning Conmission recommend to the Council approval of the <br />W^^ta Couitiy Clids's application for expansion of their Con­ <br />ditional Use Permit and that the site plan be approved. The petitioner would be req':i?ed to excavate <br />along the walls, re-erect the existing walls and refill the <br />area excavated. Hake moved, Guthrie seconded, that the Planning <br />Ccmniission recommend to the Council iq>proval of the Minnetonka <br />Boat Works Conditional Use Application as submitted. Gary Welsh was selected by the Council <br />^ their representative.
