Recognizing that difTcrenl t>pes of land use generate difrcrcnl amounts of storm i^-atcr runoff, an <br />equisaicney factor multiplier is assigned to each land use type. The 2-acrc residential lot is <br />considemd as the standard in the city because a large percentage of the land in the city is zoned <br />for 2 acre single family residential land use. The 2 acre single family residential lot will be <br />assigned an equivalency factor of 1.0. The table below lists the equivalency factors for difl'crcnl <br />land uses. These equivalency factors will be applied to the base trunk fee per acre. The table <br />below lists the equivalency factors and storm waiter trunk fees per acre for the various zoning <br />districts and land uses in the city. These projects will be charged a portion of the base <br />trunk fee adjusted for the area of expansion of imperv ious surface above the existing conditions , <br />The table below lists the percentage of the acreage base trunk fee based on the area of imperv ious <br />surface expansion and adjusted for the ty^pc of land use.
