Septic design requirements include full design for a 5 bedroom house. <br />The Planning Commission and Council can nd grant variances to septic standards. <br />Other findings related to the zoning variances on the site plan. <br />A. Require additional information regarding the status of the property in relation to <br />sevsage disposal, whether sewer or septic. <br />B. Applicant should agree to waive the 60 day application deadline and sign a letter <br />confirming the application deadline has been officially waived. <br />4. Other action. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff would recommend Alternative 3 to table the application and require the property owner and <br />City work towards completing the sanitary sewer extension to the property and complete rev iew of <br />the application following resolution of the sewer extension.
