ORDINANCE NO..SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 9.12, <br />"DOC REGULATION AND LICENSING", TO INCLUDE <br />REGULATIONS REGARDING THE NUMBER OF CATS <br />ALLOWED TO BE KEPT ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY <br />The City Council of Orono ordi.u.i: <br />Section I. 1 he title of Orono Municipal Code Section 9.12, "Dog Regulation and Licensing", is <br />hereby amended to read "Dou and Cat Regulation and Licensing”. <br />Scctloa 2. Section 9.12. Subdivision 1 is hereby amended to read as follow-s: <br />"Subd. 1. Dermition F»it the purpose of this Section, ’owner ’ means a person who owns, <br />feeds, boards or m*-V' »dv g or cat." <br />Section 3. Section 9.12 is amended by adding Subdivision 15 to read a., lollows: <br />**Subd. 15. Cats. *rhe number of domestic cats o\%*ncd * harbored. Vcd. boarded or kept on <br />a residential property shall not exceed ten HO).' <br />Section 4.
