Within any "I" District, no structure or land shall be used for one or more <br />of the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />1. Accessory structures. <br />2. Farm equipment sales, repair and storage. <br />Heliports as an accessory use for that propeny. <br />Motor fuel stations. <br />Open sales lots. <br />Outside storage. <br />7. Public service structures. <br />8. Railroad switch yards, team tracks or freight houses. <br />9. Research laboratories. <br />10. Residence necessary for security and safety in relation to a <br />permitted use or conditional use. <br />11. Restaurants (Class 1) which are located in and mainly servicing <br />the personnel employed in that structure. <br />12.
