§ 10.50 <br />SEC. 10.50.I INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br />Subd. 1. Application. All applications for a building permit in any "1" Industrial <br />District shall be reviewed by the Council and may be referred to the Planning Commission for <br />review. <br />Subd. 2. Permitted Uses. Within any "I" District, no structure or land shall be used <br />except for one or more of the following uses: <br />A. Processing. Etc. Conducting a process, fabrication, storage, manufacturing <br />or wholesaling operation or providing of a service as listed hereafter: <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />1 . Apparel. <br />2. Artificial limbs. <br />3. Automobile and truck painting, major repair, body and fender <br />work, upholstering, tire recapping and sales when within a completely enclosed building. The <br />storage of automobiles or trucks in process of repair shall be within a fenced area. Open sales lots <br />shall be subject to a conditional use permit. <br />4. Bakcr>', commercial. <br />Bicycles and toys. <br />Boats and marine products. <br />Bus, truck and contractor's terminals and maintenance yards. <br />Cabinet and carpentry shops, lumber yards and millworks, <br />electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning shop. <br />9. Camera and photography. <br />10. Canvas and cloth products. <br />11 . Ceramic and cloth products. <br />12. Ceramic products. <br />13. Cork products. <br />14. Drugs, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and toiletries. <br />15. Electric motors, generators, electric products. <br />16. Engraving and printing. <br />17. Ice and cold storage plants, bottling works. <br />18. Laundries, commercial. <br />19. Machine shops. <br />20. Metal polishing and plating. <br />21 . Musical insiraments. <br />22. Novelties. <br />23. Paper products. <br />24. Pharmaceutical products. <br />25. Products made of glass, cellophane.leather, plastic, wood. <br />26.
