Approval of the lot area and lot width variances in order to construct a new residence <br />on a substandard sized lot. <br />2. Denial of the side setback variances. <br />Denial of the hardcover variance to allow hardcover in excess of 25"'o within the 75*- <br />250* zone. <br />Approval of the conditional use permit in order to remove a failing retaining wall and <br />re>grade the lakeshore yard as proposed maintaining a 3; 1 or less side slope where <br />the retaining walls will be eliminated. <br />Removal of all fabric and plastic liners from planting beds. <br />3. <br />Should the Planning Commission approve the request as proposed Planning Staff <br />recommends submittal of a more detailed drainage and grading plan indicating one-fixit <br />contours and drainage arrow? in order for Engineer review.
