The intent of this ordinance is to confirm that the <br />acces^ structure conforms to the pnncipal building setback requirements. The pool is <br />considered an accessory structure and is therefore subject to these requirements. <br />As shown on the suryey/site plan the pool will meet all principal building setbacks, being <br />setback approximately 165 from Watertown Road, 525* from McCulley Road and 155 ’ <br />from the interior side lot line. The pool will be located behind the home and not be <br />visible from any of the adjacent streets. Photographs have been included in the exhibits <br />to Illustrate the topography of the property and that the pool will be substantially hidden. <br />Therefore, this proposal meets all conditional use permit standards.
