Registered Land Survey No. <br />358, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hcrciaafic: L'lc <br />property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant have applied to tlic Cit}' for a vari.mce to Municipal <br />Zoning Code Sections 10.22. Subdivision 2 and 10.56, Subdivision 16 (L) to permit the <br />constrnciion of a two stor' addition to the existing residence, such addition constituting <br />hardcover in the 75-250’ lakcshore setback zone in c.xccss of the 25 fa hardcover nonnally <br />allowed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono. <br />FINDINGS <br />This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2044. <br />The property is located in the LR-IB, Single Family Lakcshore Residential <br />2toning District. <br />The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this application on September 18. <br />1995 and recommended approval of the proposed variance based upon the <br />following findings: <br />Minnesota: <br />1. <br />2. <br />Page 1 of 6
