A 48.7’ encroachment into the average lakeshore setback. <br />Neither the footprint of the structure nor hardcover is proposed to change with the roof <br />expansion. The applicant proposes to remove a portion of the existing roof of the original <br />structure and replace it with one continuous ridge, approximately 14” higher than the existing <br />roof structure (or 1 ’-10" below the roollinc attached to the west).
