J.Tourangeau <br />1960 Central Avenue <br />#414 <br />SKETCH PLAN REVIEW <br />This is a very rough sketch plan provided for your initial review <br />and comraent, Ihe proposal is to divide the existing lots used by <br />the Texaco Station and a rental house along Central Avenue for <br />purposes of sale. <br />The attached plat map shows property ownership: <br />Tourangeau, Lots 7-14, 20, 24-26 (1-3/4 acre) plus <br />5300 on the lakeside, all separate parcels, <br />Fahlln, Lots 1-3, 6 (3/4 acre), 22-23 (1/4 acre) plus <br />5100 on the lakeside, all separate parcels. <br />Halgren, Lot 15 only (6000 s.f.), <br />Stinson, Lots 16-19 combined (1/2 acre). <br />Stowe, Lots 4-5, 21, separate parcels. <br />Zoning: All RR-lB 2-acre residential except the easterly 70 ft, <br />of Lots 24 and 25 which are B-1 commercial. <br />The proposed division would Include variances co lot size and <br />possible rezoning to make the station property all commercial. <br />STAFF NOTE - AUGUST 3, 1978 <br />Ihe attached survey and application for subdivision (lot line <br />rearrangement) and variances have been received and a Public Meeting <br />is scheduled for 7:30 P.M., August 14, 1978. <br />The subdivision proposal involves a combination of four (4) platted <br />lots and a newly located division line resulting in two parcels. <br />The proposed Lot 1 contains an existing house. The proposed Lot 2 <br />contains an existing service station. Not shown are the remaining <br />Tourangeau lots (7-13 & 20) which contain the existing Tourangeau <br />house on-47,300 s.f.
