Rd. 15 and Central Ave. <br />#414, 418, 421 <br />Our Pile No. 139-414, Plats <br />Dear Al, <br />We have reviewed the proposed lot line rearrangement for the Arthur Tournangeau <br />at Co. Kd. IS and Central Avenue. <br />We concur ^-ith Hennepin County's recommendations as follows: <br />1. ) Dedication of additional 7' of right-of-way for Co. Rd. 15. <br />2. ) Elimination of access along Co. Rd. 15 except at northerly <br />edge of property. <br />In addition, we recommend that access b.e controlled along Central Avenue with <br />curb or other appropriate devices and that a controlled access be located as <br />far westerly as possible, away from Co. Rd. 15. <br />We recommend that no other use, except motor fuel station, be allowed that <br />would have the effect of increasing traffic movements in the area. A site plan <br />indicating traffic control areas, landscaping and drainage should be provided <br />for review and approval.
