T) Animals. No animals, livestock or poultry of any kind shall <br />be raised, bred, or kept on any Lot except that dogs, cats or other household <br />pets may be kept, provided they are not kept, bred or maintained for any <br />commercial purpose and they do not disturb the peace of other Owners. <br />8) Nuisances. No noxious or offensive activities shall be <br />carried on upon any Lot nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or <br />may become an annoyance or a nuisance to the other Owners. The storage or <br />collection of rubbish of any character whatsoever, any material that admits <br />foul or obnoxious odors, the growing of any noxious weed or other natual sub <br />stance, and the harboring of a source of any noise or activity which disturbs <br />the peace, comfort or serenity of an Owner is prohibited. No Lot shall be used <br />for the storage of materials not customary to or necessary and convenient for <br />single-family residences. <br />9) Visibility and Concealment. No Owner shall have or maintain <br />on his Lot any clothes lines, vehicles in the process of restoration, boats, <br />trailers, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, or fishing houses which are visible <br />from any other Lot or the roadway. <br />.. 10) Commercial Vehicles. No commercial trucks or other commercial <br />vehicles shall be stored or parked on any Lots, except while parked in a garage. <br />11) Tanks. No elevated tanks of any kind shall hereafter be <br />erected, placed or permitted on any Lot, nor shall underground tanks be burled <br />on any Lot, except sanitary waste holding tanks. Any tanks for use in connection <br />with any residences hereinafter constructed on a Lot, must hereinafter be placed <br />within the residential structure which it will service. Elevated propane gas <br />tanks are also excepted from the within Paragraph 11, so long as such a tank <br />is not visible from any other Lot, the Common Improvements, or any other real <br />estate contained in the plat of Stielow's Addition. <br />_ _ _ _12) Signs. No sign of any kind shall be displayed to the public <br />view on any Lot, except a “For Sale" sign or any other sign approved by a majority <br />of the Owners and except any signs posted for purposes of protecting any rights <br />of any Owner under law. <br />I
