Councilman Scarlcs absent. Councilman Dorn left early. McCarthy moved, Franzel seconded, that the Minutes of tiie Regular ’’ecting of April 12, 1971, be approved as amended. Motion, Ayes (4) - .'lays (0). Dorn moved, McCarthy seconded, that tiie Minutes of tiie Special Meeting of April 21, 1971, be approved. lotion. Ayes (4) - Nays (0). McCarthy moved, Franzel seconded, that tlie request of the Clark Service Station, 3.130 Slioreline Drive, for a building permit, be referred to the Planning Commission. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Dorn moved, McCarthy seconded, that the conditional use permit of Robert Birkeland, 1270 Wildhurst Trail, subject to being in accordance with provisions of V/illiam Mills* letter of April 19, 1971, with no fill to be permitted on any loirf lands, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Dorn moved, Franzel seconded, that tlie conditional use permit of Frank Child, 3980 Watertown Road, for a riding stable, but without sanction of any increase in the number of animals normally allowed under the zoning code, be approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). Dorn moved, Franzel seconded, that the conditional use permit for IDS Properties, 3340 Shoreline Drive, to fill an area back of the Texaco Station and no fill be placed at lower than 930* elevation and restrict to 1,000 yards with IDS to smooth to finished grade, be approved.
