<br />John W. Thiel, being an attorney duly admitted and
<br />licensed to practice in the State of Minnesota, hereby certifies
<br />to the Planning Commission of the City of Orono, Minnesota as
<br />follows;
<br />1. That the names of all persons owning real estate
<br />located within 300 feet of Lot 14, Pheasant Lawn, Hennepin County,
<br />Minnesota, and their mailing addresses are, as best as he has been
<br />able to determine, set forth below.
<br />2. Said names and addresses have been determined in the
<br />following fashion. A half section map of said Lot 14, Pheasant
<br />Lawn and surrounding areas prepared by the Hennepin County Surveyor
<br />has been examined with the aid of a scaling ruler i order co
<br />determine the legal description of any parcels lying within 300
<br />feet of said Lot 14. The name of the registered owner of said
<br />parcels of property has then been determined from the records of
<br />the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles and the addresses cf the
<br />registered owners located in the telephone book. The following
<br />list of registered owners, having been prepared as above set forth,
<br />should not be relied upon as an exclusive list of all persons
<br />interested in the various parcels of real estate, since other
<br />individuals who are not shown as the registered owner may be
<br />interested therein.
