Telephone 473-7357 <br />CITY of ORONO <br />Poet Onioe Box 66*CrysUl Bey, Minnreote 55323*Municipal Officee <br />On the North Shore of Lake Minnetonka <br />March 21, 1978 <br />Mr. Ronald Harnack <br />Regional Hydrologist <br />MN DNR Division of Waters <br />1200 Warner Road <br />St. Paul, MN 55106 <br />RE: Stubbs Bay Marina <br />Mr. Hamack, <br />This letter is in response to your letter of March 9, 1978 <br />concerning a proposed dock layout revision, rezoning and/or <br />dredging. <br />The City of Orono briefly reviewed the proposal last fall, but <br />has not yet responded because the applicant has not pursued the <br />matter and the 1978 marina license review has not been conq>leted. <br />Indeed, the 1978 Stubbs Bay License application received 1-11-78 <br />did not Include any prpposed dock layout. <br />This matter will be conceptually reviewed by the City Council at <br />their March 30, 1978 meeting and the City expects to have all <br />marina licenses reviewed shortly thereafter.
