The original preliminary <br />plat was not approved. A revised preliminary was required before approval <br />was given to proceed with the final plat. <br />Enclosed are copies of the original preliminary - the revised preliminary <br />(as approved) and the final plat as submitted. <br />I'm also enclosing copies of staff's progressive report on this subdivision <br />proposal along with Council's resolution approving the preliminary plat. <br />Note • several conditions listed in the resolution require certification <br />of approval by the City Attorney and Engineer. A receipt of recording <br />of the Doug Dayton Subdivision will also be required. <br />The park dedication fee of $1250 shall be paid before final plat approval <br />(6 lots at $250 per lot equals $1500 - less $250 paid with approval of <br />Doug Dayton Division >■ $1250.00.
