The Council approved the <br />preliminary plat subject to the combination of Lots 3 and 4, 5 and 6, <br />and to the combination of Lots 1 and 2 unless the owner can submit complete <br />septic system site evaluation Information to the satisfaction of the <br />City Engineer. <br />Council also Incorporated the Planning Commission'recommendations, a <br />developer's agreement and a homeowner's agreement, all to be set forth <br />in a resolution to be prepared for the next meeting. <br />STAFF - January 5, 1978 <br />The applicant's engineer Is reviewing septic locations on Lots 1 & 2 <br />and may revise the lot line locations. The line between Lots 2 & 3 <br />may be relocated to follow the creek. Consequently, the owner has <br />asked that this Item not be on the agenda for January 9, 1978.w. <br />COUNCIL • January 23, 1978 <br />Reviewed new perc tests and 1/18/78 plat design. <br />Approved resolution 'of preliminary approval, subject to lot line layout <br />acceptable to zoning staff. <br />STATE - January 30, 1978 <br />Nr. Lawrence met with A1 Olson In the City office and agreed to <br />rearrange the lot lines to a reasonable configuration. The boundary of <br />Lot 3 will become the creek on all sides. The line between Lots 1 and 2 <br />will be adjusted slightly around Lot 1 septic system. <br />STAFF - February 6, 1978 <br />Received latest lot line rearrangement acceptable to City staff. <br />COUNCIL - February 9, 1978 <br />Reviewed last lot line arrangement and reconfirmed preliminary approval with <br />the lot lines as shown in the print dated 2/6/78, 2/9/78 as initialled by <br />the mayor. Also received an engineering review from the City Engineer.
