Exhibit T - Road detail <br />2. Exhibit U - Location of existing buildings on Lot 19, Block 1 <br />3. Exhibit V - Location of existing buildings on Lot 15, Block 1 <br />All variances necessary regarding location of existing structures relative <br />to proposed lot lines can be determined from these new surveys. Also <br />enclosed is a copy of Al's memo regarding Council direction requested <br />by the Planning Couunission. <br />Mr, Adams informs me that a revised plan is now being prepared. The new <br />plan will indicate some changes in pedestrian easements and more specifics <br />in relation to pasture and conservation easements. He assures me these <br />plans will be submitted in time to enclose in the Planning Conmission <br />packets for the meeting of March 27, 1978, <br />As of this date I have not as yet received report from A1 regarding City <br />Attorney's concurrence with letter from developer's attorney. <br />__ _I I I n liilhiii* lilM
