The above language would Prevent any <br />other homeowners in^the subdivision from being able to launch boats, <br />moor boats, maintain a dock, or share in the use of the same# however. <br />You agreed that the foregoing was the appropriate vehicle to <br />use and suggested that our discussions be recorded <br />at this Doint in time for your benefit and the benefit of the City <br />llflciair Yoi felt that Lither your office nor ours should consune <br />more time in attempting to draft such appropriate J®®^“^^^y®coun-il^ until such time as the City Planning Commission and the City Council <br />had made the decision that they wished to so restrict <br />usage of the lake by owners in the subdivision.
