MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 21, 1977 - PAGE 5 <br />After a brief discussion, Hassel ipoved, Hanunerel <br />seconded, to recommend approval of the final plat <br />subject to the following: <br />(1) Utility and drainage easements as approved by <br />the City Engineer and Attorney. <br />(2) Approval of description of flowage and con­ <br />servation easement. <br />(3) Title opinion approved by City Attorney. <br /><4) Park Dedication Fee in the amount of $1,000, <br />Motion - Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Mr. Herfurth and Mr. Lawrence were present. The <br />Planning Commission reviewed the proposed drainage <br />plan submitted by the applicant as requested at <br />the last meeting.
