M <br />4.All proposed construction within County right of way <br />requires County approval before beginning construction. <br />This includes* but is not limited to, drainage construc­ <br />tion, utility construction, trail development, and land­ <br />scaping. A utility permit is required Tor this work. <br />Utility permit forms are available from our Maintenance <br />Division. <br />5.
