Huhich <br />RE:Proposed Plat - "Karl Gardner" <br />CSAH 6 - South side at the Intersection of CR 201 <br />Section 28, Township 118, Range 23 <br />Hennepin County Plat No. 625 <br />Review and Recommendations <br />Thank you for submitting the above referenced plat for our review. <br />We reviewed the proposed plat and have the following coninents: <br />1. We request that the developer dedicate an additional <br />10 feet of right of way for a total of 50 feet from <br />and along the centerline of CSAH 6. <br />2.Access to CSAH 6 for Lot 1, Block 1 and Lot 1, Block 2 <br />must be via existing Jamestown Road. Access to CSAH 6 <br />for Lot 2 and Lot 3, Block 2 must be via a joint access <br />point located on the common property lln:; (The approx­ <br />imate location of the existing driveway eiicrance). <br />3.An approved entrance permit Is required before begin­ <br />ning construction of any new or revised access to the <br />County Road.
